Designation - Zonal Business Manager

Geography to cover - Delhi / NCR

Business Unit - Vascular Access

Products Portfolio - Infusion Therapy, Surgery and wound drainage, Anaesthesia & respiratory Care, Gastroenterology , Urology

Products - Safety I.V Cannula, Advance IV Infusion set, Needle free connectors, Ventilator Circuits, HME Filter, Ryle' Tube, Feeding Tube, Feeding bags, Urine collection bags, Closed Wound Drainage System, ABC Syringe

  • Devise zonal sales strategy, dealer management strategy, development plan, sales forecasts to ensure yearly objectives are met.
  • Responsible for developing new key accounts to increase customer base.
  • Manage the environment (Customers, Influencers) through clearly established systems / procedures.
  • Follow-up with debtors & credit control to ensure timely overall billing & collection.
  • Manage KOLs of the region.
  • Implement Inventory control measures to reduce obsolete stocks; keep a tab on slow-moving items & achieve a reduction in inventory management cost
  • Develop a Channel Distribution strategy and also to ensure timely reporting from dealers on a regular basis.
  • Responsible for successfully executing strategies.
  • Provide training to the Regional Sales team.

Preferred candidate profile -

  • Minimum 10 years sales and marketing experience in the medical consumables products, preferably in Infusion / Vascular portfolio
  • Experience in People management sales management, channel management and key account management
  • Excellent problem solving & interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with good negotiation &communications skill
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment.
