Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct various types of trainings for the assigned territory/ vertical such as Product Process Trainings, Functional Trainings, PIP Trainings, Induction and other Onboarding Trainings etc.
  • LMS Completion Drive for the assigned verticals/ BU
  • Training Execution and Management for the assigned verticals/ BU
  • Organizing TTT programs from Business teams on launch of new products/processes
  • Conducting TNI/TNA for concerned businesses
  • Engaging with Zonal Business Leaders and ensure complete alignment of training and business goals
  • Managing a team of trainers in the zone to ensure achievement of training objectives for the geography
  • Ensuring teams alignment and compliance with organizational processes and other regulatory requirements

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience : 8-12 Years (Stock Broking experience is Mandatory)
  • Team handling experience
  • Location : Delhi
