Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the HVAC segment. The role involves managing a sales team, achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence in commercial, industrial, and residential HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HVAC market.
  • Manage and guide the sales team to meet individual and group sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, and key clients.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with the technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts with key accounts.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Train and mentor sales executives to enhance their performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC sales or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to develop sales strategies and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools.
  • Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset.

As per industry standards (based on experience and qualifications).
