We are Hiring for Customer Success Associate (Fresher) Position: Customer Success Associate (Fresher) Work Mode: Work from Office Location: Gurugram Salary: ₹23,000 - ₹27,000 CTC (depending on the process) Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts Work Days: 6 days/week (1 rotational week off)
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Customer Success team. As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with our services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, with no noticeable MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tongue Influence). Grammatical and pronunciation accuracy is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
  • Effectively communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a customer-first attitude and ensure quick resolution to any concerns
Requirements: Qualification: Graduate from any discipline Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply, but experienced candidates are welcome Skills: Strong verbal communication, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities Preferred Skills: Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory Interview Process:
