  1. Work closely with National Program Lead on one/multiple Acquisition

    programs
  2. Manage end to end Acquisition program/s from program design to

    implementation
  3. Design execution methodology for field teams for specific program/s

    and track outcomes
  4. Identify opportunity areas in the current landscape to devise methods

    and approach for faster and higher penetration
  5. Lease with field teams and other stakeholders to understand the best

    practice and replicate the same as structured intervention/program
  6. Identify training needs/upskilling opportunities basis current and

    future requirements
  7. Identify local and global shifts in the market to leverage

    opportunity areas
  8. Education Requirement

Masters in business administration from TOP B school or equivalent

(preferably Btech+MBA)
