Are sales manages regional sales by developing and executing strategies to meet targets, managing a team of sales representatives, and building relationships with clients and distributors. Key responsibilities include territory mapping, training staff, monitoring market trends, and handling reporting and budget management. Core responsibilities

  • Sales strategy and execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and sales targets for a specific territory.
  • Team management: Recruit, train, coach, and supervise a team of sales executives or field sales staff.
  • Territory and account management: Map new territories, manage relationships with existing retail accounts, and onboard new dealers and distributors.
  • Market analysis: Monitor sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and provide feedback to senior management.
  • Reporting and administration: Prepare and present regular sales reports, manage area budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required skills and experience

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, ideally within the FMCG, beauty, cosmetic, or personal care industry. A minimum of 4-7 years of experience is often required.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
  • Sales acumen: Excellent negotiation, customer relationship management, and product knowledge skills.
  • Communication: Strong communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region.
  • Other: Self-motivation and the ability to work in a target-driven, field-intensive role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month
