Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in assigned regions, develop and maintain relationships with clients, and identify growth opportunities. Key responsibilities include preparing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, managing customer feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires strong coordination with distributors, retailers, and partners to expand market presence.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development, Account Management
- Skills in Client Relationship Management, Communication, and Negotiation
- Knowledge of Market Analysis, Competitor Study, and Sales Forecasting
- Experience in Team Leadership, Coordination, and Reporting
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and achieving targets
- Experience in the natural stone or construction materials industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
