Position Brief:

Responsible for achieving sales targets and business objectives for assigned territories (Rajasthan/ Haryana).

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to enhance market share and profitability in the cattle feed/ agri sector.

Manage channel partners, distributors, and dealers, ensuring product availability, order fulfillment, and relationship management.

Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.

Work closely with the Production and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

Plan and conduct farmer meetings, dealer conferences, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.

Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.

Implement and monitor sales processes, performance metrics, and dealer incentive programs.

Functional Competencies:

Strong understanding of the agriculture/ cattle feed market and rural distribution network.

Proven track record in territory management, dealer development, and team leadership.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and drive results in competitive market conditions.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Education/ Certifications/ Experience:

Graduate/ Post Graduate in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Animal Nutrition, or Business Management

8–15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Cattle Feed/ Agri Input

Must have handled large territories and distributor networks in rural markets.
