Job Summary:
We are looking for a
Zoho One Sales & Solutions Consultant
who will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, gathering client requirements, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho applications, excellent presentation skills, and a strong understanding of business process automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Demonstrations:
- Conduct live and virtual product demonstrations of Zoho One Applications (CRM, Projects, Recruit, People, Desk etc.) to potential and existing clients.
- Customize and tailor demonstrations based on client business needs.
- Address client queries and showcase the best possible solutions using Zoho.
- Requirement Gathering:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and pain points.
- Document business requirements and map them to Zoho One features.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are well understood.
- Pre-Sales & Solutioning:
- Assist the sales team with technical expertise during pre-sales discussions.
- Suggest the best-suited Zoho applications and configurations for clients.
- Prepare and present Proof of Concepts (PoCs) when required.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as a bridge between clients and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process optimization using Zoho solutions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in Zoho ecosystem (Zoho One, CRM, People, Projects, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of business process automation and requirement gathering.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to Analyse business needs and translate them into Zoho solutions.
- Experience in pre-sales, client handling, and stakeholder management.
- Basic understanding of API integrations and workflow automation is a plus.
