One health Assist is a growing healthcare diagnostics and services provider partnering with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and wellness centers to deliver meaningful preventive and diagnostic care.

**Role Summary**

As a **Healthcare Sales Representative**, you’ll be responsible for promoting and selling diagnostic or preventive healthcare solutions to healthcare professionals and institutions, especially doctors and clinics. You will drive new business growth, build lasting relationships

**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish and nurture relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals within your assigned territory.
- Conduct in-person and virtual visits to understand clinical workflows and recommend tailored healthcare solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast sales pipeline, and provide regular activity reporting
- Gather market insights, competitor data, and client feedback; relay to internal teams to support marketing and product development.
- Represent the company at conferences, healthcare events, and workshops when required.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Health Sciences, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of **2+ years of B2B healthcare, diagnostics, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales experience**.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with healthcare providers.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals in complex environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within your assigned region or city.

**Preferred (Nice-to-Have)**
- Experience selling diagnostic tools, preventive healthcare services, or medical devices.
- Familiarity with digital health tools like teleconsultation, e-health platforms, or record management systems.
- Proficiency with CRM software and structured reporting.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and local healthcare ecosystems.
