We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Healthcare Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Sales Representative
to join our team. This role is responsible for driving sales of our ATS platform to healthcare staffing organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS or HR technology sales, deep knowledge of healthcare recruiting challenges, and proven success in building relationships and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, including hospitals, health systems, and staffing agencies.
- Solution Selling: Conduct discovery calls to understand client hiring challenges and demonstrate how our ATS can streamline recruitment and compliance.
- Presentations & Demos: Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations to HR, talent acquisition, and compliance leaders in healthcare.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, forecasts, and pipeline progress in CRM.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on messaging, features, and client needs.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, handle objections, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Intelligence: Stay current on healthcare recruiting trends, compliance requirements (e.g., Joint Commission standards), and competitor products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS, HR tech, or ATS sales experience, with at least 1 year focused on healthcare clients.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and recruitment/staffing workflows.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Ceipal, Jobdiva, etc.).

- Experience selling into hospitals, health systems, or healthcare staffing agencies.
- Understanding of healthcare compliance and credentialing requirements.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence executive decision-makers.
