Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to promote our healthcare membership cards and expand our School Wellness Programs. The role involves visiting schools, engaging with decision-makers, and generating business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell One Care Connect membership cards to individuals and organizations.
  • Visit schools to introduce and pitch School Wellness Programs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored healthcare solutions.
  • Negotiate, close deals, and achieve set sales targets.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to build lasting client and institutional relationships.
  • Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Market awareness and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2–5 years of sales/field experience (Healthcare, Education, or Services sector preferred).
  • Willingness to travel and conduct field visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
