Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to promote our healthcare membership cards and expand our School Wellness Programs. The role involves visiting schools, engaging with decision-makers, and generating business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell One Care Connect membership cards to individuals and organizations.
- Visit schools to introduce and pitch School Wellness Programs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored healthcare solutions.
- Negotiate, close deals, and achieve set sales targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to build lasting client and institutional relationships.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Market awareness and presentation skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of sales/field experience (Healthcare, Education, or Services sector preferred).
- Willingness to travel and conduct field visits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
