Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious
Sr. Sales Executive
to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a
full-time, on-site role
where you will play a key role in driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and shaping the home-buying journey for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels.
- Conduct presentations, site visits, and negotiations to close sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and share market insights.
- Prepare sales reports and provide inputs to refine sales processes.
- Stay updated with real estate trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven track record in
Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management
. - Strong
negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
. - Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
- Familiarity with the
Hyderabad real estate market
is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
. - Problem-solving mindset with ability to address objections effectively.
- Proficiency in
English and local languages
(Telugu/Hindi).
