
Business Development Officer JOB

Site Working- To be accountable of No. of visits and demos to be provided at Unique sites, minimum 50 sites to be
visited which should include minimum 30 unique sites. (nos may vary depending upon the geographical zone and no of team-mates being handled).,
Site Conversion - Should be responsible for site conversions, with single order of minimum 10k.
Complaint Management – will be responsible for attending, handling, closing and reporting the complaints.
Team Management – Responsible for managing the team of Apprentice Trainees and would be accountable for collective performance including the team.
Contractor Relationship Management – Responsible for managing the top 20 contractors directly and @50 contractors/
apprentice trainee as a supervisor. (nos may vary depending upon the geographical zone and no of team-mates being
handled).
Events- Is responsible for events -As per planning for the month, Max of 10 events in a month.
Sales Performance- Is responsible for promoting sales of premium products
Loyalty-
a. Contractor registrations and activation, as per defined targets.
c. Jointly responsible along with sales team for successfully running the influencer schemes, applicable for the market.
