About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused B2C Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle WhatsApp chats, emails, inbound, and outbound calls professionally.
- Assist customers with product information, order updates, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of customer queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick and effective resolutions.
- Manage workload efficiently and deliver within timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C customer support.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Strong time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm, polite, and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (added advantage).
