About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused B2C Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle WhatsApp chats, emails, inbound, and outbound calls professionally.
  • Assist customers with product information, order updates, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of customer queries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quick and effective resolutions.
  • Manage workload efficiently and deliver within timelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C customer support.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Strong time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, polite, and solution-oriented under pressure.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (added advantage).
