Job Description:
We are seeking committed Customer Support Executives for a prominent financial services client based in Australia. The role involves contacting existing and potential customers, reminding them of our services, addressing their queries, and encouraging them to resume or increase usage of our offerings.
The key responsibilities include:
- Engage with customers to deliver and handle information regarding the Company's offered products and services, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests (In-bound & Out-bound)
- Offer appropriate assistance to customers following the guidelines.
- Make daily outbound calls to customers who have not transacted recently.
- Introduce and explain company services, offers, and updates in a clear and professional manner.
- Encourage customers to use our services and resolve any concerns they may have
- Record and process communications accurately using designated software or CRM.
- Conduct scheduled follow-up calls to customers when necessary.
- Stay updated on system information, changes, and updates.
- Respond to emails from customers, ensuring thorough follow-up until case closure.
- Collect feedback from customers.
Skills Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in international telephonic customer support or sales
- Demonstrated understanding of relationship management
- High attention to detail and strict adherence to quality
- A strong work ethic and decision-making skills
- Self-organized and disciplined
Qualifications:
A graduate degree or higher in any field.
