About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) vertical in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will manage the business through the DSA channel, overseeing a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Managers. The focus will be on driving business volumes, building strong channel relationships, and maintaining portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and grow the LAP business in the region with a ticket size range of ₹10 lakhs to ₹5 crores.

· Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Managers.

· Drive sourcing through the DSA channel, ensuring active engagement and performance.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners and stakeholders.

· Ensure adherence to credit and risk policies while maintaining portfolio quality.

· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.

· Collaborate with credit, operations, and other cross-functional teams for seamless disbursements.

· Monitor sales metrics and report on performance regularly to leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 8–12 years in LAP sales, preferably in NBFCs/Banks, with a strong focus on DSA channels.

Location Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Bangalore market and surrounding regions.

Skills:

o Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

o Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

o Result-oriented with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets.

o Familiarity with credit norms and LAP underwriting processes
