Job DescriptionRole: Sales ManagerCompany: Singularity Creditworld Pvt Ltd (A Homeville Group Company)Location: Bangalore IndiranagarAbout the CompanySingularity Creditworld Pvt Ltd, part of the Homeville Group, is a fast-growing financial services organization specializing in Affordable Housing Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).With a strong customer-first approach, we are committed to empowering individuals and families by providing easy access to credit solutions tailored to their needs.Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales within the financial services industry, with a focus on housing loans and LAP.This role requires excellent communication skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while achieving business growth targets.Key Responsibilities- Drive sales of Affordable Housing Loans and LAP products in the Bangalore region.- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.- Generate business through effective lead conversion and client acquisition strategies.- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate financial solutions.- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on sales performance, pipeline, and customer Post Graduate in any discipline.Experience: 3 - 8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in housing finance, LAP, or related financial products.- Strong knowledge of the Bangalore market and customer segments.- Proficiency in English and regional languages for effective communication.- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team (ref:iimjobs.com)
