Role Overview
We're looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong sales and onsite closure skills who can drive growth through client meetings, project consultations, and deal conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients (villa owners, farmhouses, architects, builders, corporates).
- Conduct on-site visits to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Present and explain Paudhaawala's services, pricing, and benefits effectively.
- Negotiate and close sales on-site with professionalism and confidence.
- Generate leads through field visits, exhibitions, and referrals.
- Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and setup.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales / on-site sales / B2B sales (preferred in lifestyle, interiors, or decor).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in closing deals independently.
- Strong presentation skills with customer-first approach.
- Must own a two-wheeler for client visits.
- Basic knowledge of digital tools (WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM).
