Executive Assistant to Managing Director

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in daily operations, business initiatives, and executive coordination. This role blends executive support, operations management, and business analysis in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic support partner to the MD, ensuring smooth execution of key initiatives.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing notes, minutes, and follow-ups for leadership/strategic meetings.
  • Conduct and compile business and sales performance analysis to support decision-making.
  • Manage MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and priorities.
  • Handle domestic/international travel arrangements, visas, and itineraries.
  • Manage confidential correspondence and prioritize urgent communications.
  • Coordinate with internal leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Organize high-level events, board meetings, and corporate engagements.
  • Track and follow up on tasks delegated by the MD, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Support management projects and special initiatives beyond routine operations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 5–7 years' experience in executive/operations management roles (preferably in Jewellery, Luxury, Consulting, or Corporate).
  • Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and business travel management tools.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
