Who You Are
  • A seasoned designer with 4-5 years of experience and with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create innovative, concept-driven work across campaigns and mediums.

  • You have hands-on experience in advertising, creating work for social, digital, print, and integrated campaigns.

  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and consistently delivers high-quality creative outputs.

  • A collaborative professional who can effectively communicate your design choices and ideas to creative leads, account teams, and clients.

  • A proactive thinker who stays ahead of industry and cultural trends, ensuring your work is fresh, relevant, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative concepts across social, digital, print, and integrated campaigns in line with client objectives.

  • Collaborate with ACD, copywriters, and account teams to ensure creative excellence and alignment with strategy.

  • Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them grow in their craft.

  • Present and articulate design concepts to internal teams and clients clearly and confidently.

  • Stay updated on design, advertising, and cultural trends to continually elevate the agency's visual output.

  • Manage multiple projects from concept to execution, ensuring deadlines, quality, and brand consistency are maintained.

  • Contribute to pitch decks and new business presentations with creative ideas and visual storytelling.
