Who You Are

A seasoned designer with 4-5 years of experience and with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create innovative, concept-driven work across campaigns and mediums.

You have hands-on experience in advertising, creating work for social, digital, print, and integrated campaigns.

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and consistently delivers high-quality creative outputs.

A collaborative professional who can effectively communicate your design choices and ideas to creative leads, account teams, and clients.

A proactive thinker who stays ahead of industry and cultural trends, ensuring your work is fresh, relevant, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative concepts across social, digital, print, and integrated campaigns in line with client objectives.

Collaborate with ACD, copywriters, and account teams to ensure creative excellence and alignment with strategy.

Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them grow in their craft.

Present and articulate design concepts to internal teams and clients clearly and confidently.

Stay updated on design, advertising, and cultural trends to continually elevate the agency's visual output.

Manage multiple projects from concept to execution, ensuring deadlines, quality, and brand consistency are maintained.

Contribute to pitch decks and new business presentations with creative ideas and visual storytelling.
