About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic *Sales & Training Manager* with a proven track record in pharma or healthcare sales, preferably in medical devices or healthcare products. The ideal candidate will not only drive business growth but also lead from the front in training and developing high-performing sales teams* with deep product knowledge and sharp selling skills.

What You'll Do:

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.

Conduct engaging *sales and product training sessions* to enhance team performance and knowledge.

Develop training modules focused on product features, positioning, and sales strategies.

Mentor and coach sales executives to meet and exceed targets.

Build strong relationships with clients, hospitals, doctors, and channel partners.

Collaborate with marketing for brand promotion and market visibility.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate in *Science/Pharmacy/Biotechnology/Medical stream* (MBA in Sales/Marketing/Training preferred).
  • Minimum *7 years of hands-on sales experience, including **3 years in sales training or team leadership*.
  • Background in *Pharma/Healthcare/Medical Devices*.
  • Strong *product knowledge* and ability to deliver impactful training programs.
  • Excellent *communication, presentation, and leadership skills*.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Experience:

⁠ ⁠Selling *medical devices or diagnostic products*.

⁠ ⁠Designing and delivering *sales and product training programs*.

⁠ ⁠Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹600,000.00 per year
