Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes
  • Assist Senior Chef in daily operations
  • Maintain consistency in taste, quality & presentation
  • Bring uniqueness and creativity to dishes while following standard recipes
  • Suggest and contribute ideas for new menu items and seasonal specials
  • Follow hygiene, sanitation & safety standards
  • Ensure proper ingredient usage & minimize wastage
  • Keep workstation & equipment clean

Requirements:

  • Immediate joiner required
  • Male candidates preferred
  • Candidates residing in or near Whitefield will be given priority
  • 2–3 years of experience in Chinese cuisine (Commi 1 )
  • Strong skills in work handling, stir-fry, steaming, and Chinese cooking techniques
  • Ability to balance authenticity with creativity in dish preparation
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Flexible with shifts, weekends & holidays

Salary & Benefits:

  • ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Food & accommodation provided
  • Staff meals, uniforms & accomodation will be provided
