Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ed Tech Telecaller (Inside Sales) located in Mumbai. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about educational products and services, and persuading clients to purchase or subscribe. The role involves assisting customers with queries, handling inbound calls, and maintaining customer databases. Additional responsibilities include following up on leads, negotiating sales terms, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in Sales and Negotiation skills
  • Ability to conduct effective Training sessions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Previous experience in the Ed Tech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
