About the role:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated
Presales Intern

to support our B2B sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients via cold calls and other outreach channels, qualifying leads, and assisting in the early stages of the sales cycle.

This internship is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in
B2B sales, business development, or client engagement

. You'll gain hands-on experience in lead generation, cold calling, CRM usage, and sales communication.

Key Responsibility:

  • Conduct
    cold calls

to potential B2B clients to introduce the company's products/services.
- Research and identify target companies, decision-makers, and business opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on interest, business fit, and readiness to engage with the sales team.
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Maintain and update lead details, call outcomes, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings, demos, or discovery calls.
- Support the presales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and outreach templates.
- Gather feedback from prospects and share insights to help improve outreach strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence and clarity in speaking with professionals over the phone.
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation concepts.
  • Strong research and organization skills.
  • Self-driven, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Good to Have:

  • Prior experience (internship or project) in telecalling, inside sales, or customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Understanding of LinkedIn outreach and email marketing.
