JOB ROLE:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Junior Executive to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, increasing brand visibility, and driving user engagement. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing and ed-tech.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Any Graduate / Post graduate /MBA/ MMS /PGDBM (preferred from Marketing stream)

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 1 yr or more

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms like email, social media, paid ads, etc.
  • Lead, manage and mentor a team of marketing interns, ensure timely task execution and performance tracking
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Prepare and manage daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, campaign performance reports, and marketing dashboards
  • Support and contribute to content marketing initiatives including video scripts, emails, and landing pages.
  • Work with various content creation tools like Canva, ChatGPT, etc.
  • Drive and manage social media marketing, including scheduling, engagement tracking, and campaign performance
  • Research and implement AI tools for content generation, automation, and productivity enhancement.

SKILL SET:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive mindset with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with ed-tech trends is a plus
  • Prior experience across an e-commerce company would be preferable.
