Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT team. As a fresher, you will learn and contribute to identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving company goals. This role is ideal for candidates with a technical background and a keen interest in IT sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients in the IT domain through various channels (LinkedIn, email, networking, etc.).
- Assist in pitching IT products and services to domestic and international clients.
- Generate leads and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
- Support in preparing business proposals, presentations, and client communication.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand client requirements.
- Maintain client databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Stay updated with the latest IT industry trends, products, and competitors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. IT / MBA (Marketing or IT specialization) or any relevant field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services, software development, or digital solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Good command over English (spoken & written).
- Proficiency in MS Office and online research tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
