As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our real estate offerings and building lasting relationships with customers. You will work closely with our sales team to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. We offer a competitive salary range of ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 monthly, along with a supportive work environment that fosters professional development and career advancement.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the commercial real estate sector
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Present and demonstrate properties to clients, highlighting key features and benefits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies
- Stay updated on market trends and competitive offerings
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in sales or a related field
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate or a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
