Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and driving admissions for our training and education programs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about the education and skilling sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell our training and education programs to prospective students and professionals.
  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, online platforms, and local networks.
  • Conduct presentations and counseling sessions to convert leads into admissions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain proper documentation and regular follow-ups with leads.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or business development (education sector preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Malayalam and English.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel locally for outreach and lead generation.
