Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Meta Performance Marketing Manager based in Delhi, India. The Meta Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Meta performance marketing campaigns. Key day-to-day tasks include analyzing performance metrics, developing data-driven strategies, executing ad campaigns, and managing budgets. The individual will also be responsible for conducting A/B testing, creating compelling ad creatives, and collaborating with the broader marketing team to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Experience in creating, managing, and optimizing Meta performance marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and develop data-driven strategies
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and ad campaign execution
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing spending for maximum ROI
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
  • Creative skills for developing compelling ad creatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus
