Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Junior Sales / Sales Executives to join our growing team. Candidates must have strong communication skills, with English fluency mandatory, and a passion for customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and engage walk-in customers, providing complete project information.
  • Generate, manage, and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, and campaigns.
  • Schedule and conduct site visits for potential buyers.
  • Maintain good customer relationships and assist in closing deals.
  • Coordinate with CRM, Pre-Sales, and Sales teams for lead conversions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Fresher to 3 years of experience in sales (Real estate experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication skills; English fluency is mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Target-driven, confident, and proactive approach.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Salary: Based on experience and performance.
