Webfosys Networks is looking for a Junior Sales Executive for its EdTech division, Numerique Academy. The role involves counseling prospective students, converting leads into enrollments, and achieving sales targets through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and professionals
  • Counsel students on courses, curriculum, and career outcomes
  • Convert qualified leads into course enrollments
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (calls, follow-ups, conversions)
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for smooth onboarding
  • Share feedback on lead quality and market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 to 12 months of experience in EdTech / Education sales (mandatory)
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in inside sales / academic counseling / telecalling
  • Target-driven and result-oriented approach
  • Ability to build rapport with students and professionals
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
