Junior Sales Executive

Webfosys Networks is looking for a Junior Sales Executive for its EdTech division, Numerique Academy. The role involves counseling prospective students, converting leads into enrollments, and achieving sales targets through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and professionals
- Counsel students on courses, curriculum, and career outcomes
- Convert qualified leads into course enrollments
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (calls, follow-ups, conversions)
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for smooth onboarding
- Share feedback on lead quality and market trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 to 12 months of experience in EdTech / Education sales (mandatory)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Experience in inside sales / academic counseling / telecalling
- Target-driven and result-oriented approach
- Ability to build rapport with students and professionals
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
