About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic
Junior Inside Sales Executive
to join our team. The role involves identifying prospects, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales process from lead generation to qualification. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads through online channels, databases, and social platforms.
  • Engage prospects via email, calls, and LinkedIn to generate interest and qualify opportunities.
  • Support the senior sales team in setting up meetings and preparing sales materials.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other client-facing documents.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and lead-nurturing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 yrs+ of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable making outreach calls and writing professional emails.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce preferred).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
