Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible CRM Manager for our real estate/construction firm based in Kakati, Belgaum. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end customer management, including registrations, payment collections, maintaining customer records, and liaising with registration offices. Candidates must have a solid background in real estate or construction, excellent communication in Kannada, and sound knowledge of basic accounting tools like MS Excel and Word.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management:

  • Handle end-to-end customer registrations.

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with customers regarding payment collections and documentation.
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and coordinate for timely resolution.

  • Documentation & Coordination:

  • Prepare, verify, and maintain customer documentation and agreements.

  • Coordinate with the legal/documentation team for registration-related formalities.
  • Ensure timely visits to the Registration Office for deed registrations and other legal formalities.

  • Data & Account Handling:

  • Maintain and update customer records, receipts, and payment schedules in Excel.

  • Track and manage outstanding collections.
  • Prepare regular MIS reports and data summaries for management.

  • Site Coordination:

  • Coordinate with the sales team and site team for smooth handovers and documentation.

  • Provide regular updates to the management regarding the status of customer onboarding and registrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in CRM or Customer Handling in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic accounting tasks.
  • Strong understanding of registration processes, documentation, and legal formalities in Karnataka.
  • Excellent communication skills in Kannada (mandatory), along with basic English or Hindi.
  • Must be a local resident of Belgaum or nearby areas.
  • Must own a bike with a valid driving license.
  • Ability to handle field visits independently.
