Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Presales Engineer will support the sales team by analyzing customer requirements, crafting tailored solutions, and presenting technical demonstrations. Key responsibilities include providing technical expertise during the sales process, assisting with system integration, and ensuring compatibility and security parameters are met. The role involves collaborating closely with customers and internal teams to deliver a seamless and effective presales experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Technical Support and troubleshooting technical challenges
  • Proficiency in Presales techniques and assisting sales teams to achieve goals
  • Sales and customer relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of system Integration processes and solutions
  • Understanding of Security protocols and ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
  • Experience in the manufacturing or CNC machining industry is an advantage
  • Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru
