Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Presales Engineer
with strong expertise in
IT networking, Infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions
. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, a solid technical background, and proven experience in designing and positioning enterprise-level IT infrastructure and security solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

·      Work with the sales team to design and propose
end-to-end IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity solutions
.

·      Conduct
technical presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs)
for enterprise clients.

·      Prepare
solution documents and proposals
based on client requirements.

·      Respond to
RFPs / RFQs / tenders
and ensure timely and accurate technical submissions.

·      Design secure IT architectures including
firewalls, endpoint protection, email security, and network security frameworks
.

·      Collaborate with OEMs and distributors for
solution design, validation, and pricing
.

·      Stay updated with emerging technologies in IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.

·      Support internal teams with
training, solution updates, and enablement sessions
.

·      Act as a
technical consultant
to ensure proposed solutions meet customer business goals and compliance standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

·      
Bachelor's degree
in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or related field.

·      
7–10 years of experience
in
Presales / Solution Design / Technical Consulting
for IT infrastructure and security.

·      Strong technical knowledge of:

o   
Servers, Storage, Virtualization, Cloud Solutions

o   
Routing, Switching, LAN/WAN, Network Security

o   
Firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sophos, Check Point, Cisco ASA)

o   
Endpoint Protection, SIEM, SOC, Threat Management

·      Excellent
communication, client engagement, and presentation
skills.

·      Proficiency in preparing
technical documentation and solution architecture
.

·      Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects.

Certifications (Preferred)

·      CCNA / CCNP / Fortinet NSE / Palo Alto PCNSE / Sophos Certified Engineer

·      HPE ASE / Dell EMC / VMware VCP / Microsoft MCSE

·      Security+ / CEH / CISSP (added advantage)

·      ITIL Foundation (optional)
