Job Description:We are seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer with 3 4 years of experience in enterprise securityThis role is ideal for professionals who have worked across various areas of cybersecurity and are passionate about implementing security best practices standards and controlsThe candidate will play a key role in strengthening the organization s security posture through proactive measures secure configurations and continuous improvement of security processesKey Responsibilities:Monitor security tools such as SIEM endpoint protection vulnerability scanners and firewalls to ensure continuous visibility across the environmentEnsure all systems devices and components within the network are consistently compliant with defined security policies standards and configurationsImplement and maintain security controls across systems networks applications and cloud environmentsApply and enforce security standards and hardening guidelines egCIS Benchmarks NISTConduct regular security assessments audits and configuration reviewsCollaborate with cross functional teams IT DevOps Cloud Application to embed security into design and operationsSupport incident response activities and perform root cause analysis for security eventsMaintain and update documentation for security policies procedures and configurationsAssist in compliance initiatives by aligning security practices with regulatory and industry standards egISO 27001 SOC 2 GDPRContinuously evaluate and improve security posture through gap analysis and remediation planningTechnical Requirements:3 4 years of hands on experience in cybersecurity across multiple domainsStrong understanding of security principles risk management and threat mitigationExperience implementing security baselines and standards egCIS NIST OWASPFamiliarity with security tools such as Tenable Qualys CrowdStrike Splunk Palo Alto etcKnowledge of identity and access management IAM secure authentication and least privilege principlesExposure to cloud security AWS Azure GCP and secure configuration practicesStrong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detailAdditional Responsibilities:Proficiency in scripting Python Bash PowerShell for automation and remediationExposure to Zero Trust architecture and microsegmentationCertifications such asCompTIA SecurityCertified Information Systems Security Professional CISSPCertified Ethical Hacker CEHCertified Cloud Security Professional CCSPGIAC Security Essentials GSECPreferred Skills:Foundational->Cybersecurity Competency Development->Cyber Workforce Skill Development & Position Qualification Standards,Technology->Infrastructure Security->Network Intrusion Prevention System (NIPS),->Palo Alto Threat Prevention,Technology->Identity Management->IAM Architecture Consultancy
