We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations and onboarding candidates. Additionally, the manager will develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent. The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create a seamless recruitment delivery. The role may require leading a team of 2-3 recruiters.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously to meet business demands and deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to fill them.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7-12 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Technical Recruitment industry.
  • Proven track record of success and Expertise in End-To-End Recruitment, Volume Hiring, Lateral Hiring, Technical Hiring & Interviewing and Offer negotiations.
  • Strong Communication skills and ability to manage tough stakeholders
  • Any graduate
