The Deputy HRBP will be an on-site people leader driving HR strategy, employee relations, and operational excellence across India-based delivery centres.

Deputy HR Business Partner (International BPO)

About The Opportunity
Globelance is hiring an experienced Deputy HRBP to partner with delivery leadership on people strategy for international accounts. This is an on-site India role focused on retention, performance, compliance, and manager enablement in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the on-site Deputy HRBP for international BPO operations—partner with Centre Heads and managers to convert business priorities into people plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage employee relations end-to-end: handle investigations, grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and escalation to minimise risk and ensure fair outcomes.
  • Drive performance management and talent processes: support goal setting, appraisals, calibrations, improvement plans, and succession actions aligned to client SLAs.
  • Support high-volume recruitment and onboarding—coordinate workforce planning, hiring campaigns, interview panels, and client-specific induction processes.
  • Ensure compliance and operational controls: maintain adherence to labour laws, client contracts, HR policies, audits, and accurate HRIS records.
  • Deliver HR analytics and continuous improvement: produce dashboards, identify retention and productivity levers, and implement initiatives to boost engagement and operational metrics.
