The Deputy HRBP will be an on-site people leader driving HR strategy, employee relations, and operational excellence across India-based delivery centres.

About The Opportunity
Globelance is hiring an experienced Deputy HRBP to partner with delivery leadership on people strategy for international accounts. This is an on-site India role focused on retention, performance, compliance, and manager enablement in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the on-site Deputy HRBP for international BPO operations—partner with Centre Heads and managers to convert business priorities into people plans and measurable outcomes.
- Manage employee relations end-to-end: handle investigations, grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and escalation to minimise risk and ensure fair outcomes.
- Drive performance management and talent processes: support goal setting, appraisals, calibrations, improvement plans, and succession actions aligned to client SLAs.
- Support high-volume recruitment and onboarding—coordinate workforce planning, hiring campaigns, interview panels, and client-specific induction processes.
- Ensure compliance and operational controls: maintain adherence to labour laws, client contracts, HR policies, audits, and accurate HRIS records.
- Deliver HR analytics and continuous improvement: produce dashboards, identify retention and productivity levers, and implement initiatives to boost engagement and operational metrics.
