Job Description:
Studio Archohm is hiring a Business Development Associate to lead growth initiatives across private and government sectors. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and supporting strategic business planning. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams, track business performance, handle contract documentation, and contribute to achieving the company's expansion goals.
Key Highlights:
Conduct market research and identify potential clients or projects.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
Manage leads, follow-ups, and contract documentation.
Support Business Head in planning and execution of strategic initiatives.
Travel pan-India for client meetings and project coordination.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in business development or marketing (AEC/Government sector preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Knowledge of government procurement processes and GeM.
Compensation: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month
