Position title : Business Development Associate Experience : 1 -3 Years Budget : 4.8 Fixed + 1.2 Variable Location : Noida  Skill set : IT Sale, B2B Sales,Lead generation, cold calling,Solution sale Key Responsibilities1.· Actively prospect and generate new leads through research, networking,and outreach efforts.· Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our XR products andservices to potential clients.· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understandingtheir needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.· Collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies and achievegrowth targets.· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emergingtechnologies in the XR market.· Prepare reports and forecasts, tracking key metrics to evaluateperformance and identify areas for improvement.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Master's in Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in business development, preferably in the technology or software industry.Strong understanding of XR technology and its applications is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Goal -oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
