Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to prospective customers through calls, visits, and follow-ups to generate new business opportunities.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, stock updates, and customer support.
  • Track sales performance, maintain data reports, and share insights for business improvement.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly sales and business development targets.
  • Participate in promotional activities, marketing initiatives, and lead generation campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships and close sales effectively.
  • Basic understanding of retail operations or customer service.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling multiple client interactions.
