Job Title: Business Development Associate (Sales) Location: Noida Company: Affinity Education Job Description: Affinity Education is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate (Sales) to join our team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with prospective clients in the education sector. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and outreach. Identify and target potential clients, including schools, educational institutions, and corporate partners. Conduct sales presentations, demos, and product discussions with prospective clients. Develop tailored proposals and negotiate contracts to close sales deals. Manage the sales pipeline, track client interactions, and meet sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (preferably in the education sector). Freshers' can Apply. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
