Are you someone who loves solving business problems, exploring automation tools, and helping companies grow smarter and faster?
We're looking for a dynamic professional to join our team in Gurgaon who can blend business strategy with technology-driven solutions.
What You'll Do:
Identify automation opportunities across sales, marketing, and operations.
Research and recommend the best tools (CRM, workflow automation, AI assistants, etc.).
Support business development — generate, nurture, and close B2B leads.
Conduct market and competitor research to shape business strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to implement automation workflows.
Who You Are:
Entrepreneurial mindset — ex-entrepreneurs or freelancers preferred.
Strong understanding of business operations and growth strategies.
Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Zapier, Make, or Notion is a plus.
Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills.
Based in or open to working from Gurgaon.
Compensation: 50,000–60,000 per month (based on experience)
