Job Description:
As a Lead Generator at Learners Point Academy you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads within the B2B educational technology sector. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach and nurturing of prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients in the B2B EdTech market through various channels including LinkedIn, industry events, and online databases.
- Initiate contact with decision-makers (e.g., education directors, IT managers) through cold calls, emails, and personalized outreach campaigns.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria such as budget, needs, and timeline.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and status using CRM software.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation quotas and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a lead Generator or similar role in the B2B sector, with a strong preference for experience in Saudi Arabia, Africa, Australia, or Singapore.
- Edtech industry experience is a definite plus(Preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
- Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Excel
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for sales and business development.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
