Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Executive, based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and acquiring potential leads, managing customer relationships, and driving customer acquisition efforts. Responsibilities include strategizing and implementing lead generation campaigns, engaging directly with potential clients, and contributing to overall sales goals. The candidate will collaborate with different teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and target achievements.
Qualifications
- Should have 6 Months to 2 years of experience in Lead Generation and Cold Calling.
- Should be proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory.
- Strong Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition skills
- Proficient in Sales techniques with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and negotiations
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track metrics, and optimize strategies
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not mandatory
