  • Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and manage all export/import documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, LC documents).
  • Logistics Coordination: Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transport teams for smooth transit.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact for overseas offices, suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Shipment Tracking: Monitor shipments, address delays, resolve issues, and provide updates.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in import/export processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized files and records for all transactions and audits.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of international trade, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in preparing export/import documents.
  • Experience with logistics and supply chain coordination.
  • Bachelor's degree often required.

Job Type: Full-time
