Role & responsibilities : Manage day-to-day communication with international customers regarding orders, shipments, and product queries. Prepare and verify all export-related documents (e.g., invoice, packing list, BL, COO, certificate of origin, etc.) in compliance with international trade regulations. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents to ensure timely dispatch. Maintain records for audit and reporting purposes. Provide support to the export sales team in customer service and documentation accuracy.

Preferred candidate profile : Graduate with min. 5 years of experience in export documentation and international customer correspondence. Familiar with INCOTERMS, LC (Letter of Credit), shipping procedures, and trade compliance. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP/export software is an advantage.

Industry Preferred : For the position of Senior Executive Export Correspondence & Documentation in the rubber thread industry, preference should be given to candidates with experience in: Rubber products, textiles, yarn, or polymer-based exports. Industries with regular international shipments and customer coordination Candidates from rubber thread, latex products, or textile export units are ideal due to familiarity with product-specific handling and packaging norms. Preferred background: Export departments in rubber-based or textile-based manufacturing companies.

Experience Required : We are looking for a candidate capable of independently managing export correspondence with international customers and handling all aspects of export documentation to ensure smooth and compliant shipment processes having minimum 5 years experience.
