Location: Kasna Site 5, Greater Noida

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Import & Export Procurement Executive (Female) with experience in procurement, import–export coordination, document verification, and support in HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of documentation accuracy, vendor coordination, and compliance processes within a manufacturing environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesImport & Export Coordination

  • Coordinate import and export shipments with logistics agents, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers.
  • Track shipments from dispatch to delivery and ensure timely movement of goods.
  • Communicate with international and domestic vendors for documentation and shipment updates.

Documentation Management

  • Check, verify, and prepare import–export documents such as:
  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
  • Certificate of Origin
  • HS Code classification
  • Import/export licenses and compliance papers
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents for customs clearance.
  • Manage filing and record-keeping of all shipment and procurement documents.

Procurement Responsibilities

  • Source, negotiate, and finalize vendors for materials and services.
  • Prepare purchase orders, quotation comparison sheets, and cost analysis.
  • Follow up with suppliers for delivery timelines and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain procurement records and coordinate with accounts for invoice clearance.

HR Operations Support

  • Support HR in procurement of administrative/HR-related items (stationery, ID cards, uniforms, welfare materials, etc.).
  • Assist in basic HR operational tasks such as documentation, record updates, and communication coordination.
  • Ensure availability of HR/admin supplies as per department requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com/BA or related field preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in procurement and import–export handling (manufacturing industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and compliance.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP/SAP/Tally is an advantage.
  • Strong follow-up ability and attention to detail.
